Allison's background is shaped by a varied mix of business and insurance education, including macroeconomics, sales and marketing and ethics, from the esteemed universities of Toronto, Fraser Valley and Simon Fraser, making her the exceptional underwriter she is today. Her insurance credentials are so well rounded that she has been an educator in her field since 2004, starting with instructing Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) courses at the Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia, followed by Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Courses, which she currently teaches at the Insurance Institute of Canada.
